Finance Director

Rob is an experienced finance professional with an extensive background spanning 24 years within the finance and commercial industry. Throughout the various roles and stages of his career, Rob has worked across a vast variety of sectors including private practice, manufacturing and infrastructure support service.

Rob has been with ABS for many years and his impeccable attention to detail sees him responsible for overseeing all operations within the company’s financial department. With a substantial background in financial modelling, commercial audit, cash management, alongside CVR and Cost to complete review and construction, Rob is a trusted professional with skillsets and industry knowledge second to none.

Kate Jones

Head of Finance

Kate is an experienced finance professional with a background spanning 21 years. During this time Kate worked predominantly with in the private practice – working alongside many SMEs in various sectors completing year end accounts processes required.

Kate overseas the management of the finance team – ensuring the company’s financial details are kept up to date. Kate has a strong background within accounts, from the incorporation of Limited companies to the preparation of accounts to a statutory position.

Stuart Nunney

Senior Auditor

A Qualified Finance Professional with 15 years’ experience across multiple sectors including Pharmaceutical, Travel and Civil Engineering. After 15 years Stuart Transitioned into a commercial role with ABS working with external clients on short term assignments for 4 years.

Stuart has now developed into our Head of Audit & Assurance where he is able to use both his financial background to interpret financial data and forensically review actual costs; as well as using his Commercial experience to validate contractual compliance.

Adam Baz

Transformation and Process Director

Adam is a highly skilled and dedicated professional with a strong foundation in Quantity Surveying, complemented by a Master’s in Construction Law & Dispute Resolutions, and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb). With a commitment to delivering exceptional service and fostering continuous growth, Adam approaches every aspect of his work with a diligent and strategic mindset. His in-depth expertise allows him to navigate legal and financial landscapes with precision, ensuring clients receive solutions that are both innovative and effective.

With over 10 years in the Infrastructure & Utilities sectors, Adam excels in creating collaborative environments that drive success, inspire teams, and elevate business outcomes. His ability to manage high-pressure situations and deliver results with excellence demonstrates his capacity to lead with vision and integrity. Adam is always focused on achieving long-term goals while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
